We have recently added express 30 min workouts so you can fit your fitness routine easily into your busy lifestyle. Our 5 pilates classes a week together with yoga and yogalates offer you an opportunity 5 days a to strengthen and streamline the body. We are pleased to announce there will soon be a new gym and we will give our customers the option to join as a member but very reasonably priced 'pay as you go' classes will still be available, there will also be fitness class promotions to watch out for.
